IS OBAMA CARE WORKING?

Is Obama Care doing the job and is Medicare and Medicaid working? Obama Care is making it worse by leaving the audits of claims to insurance reviewers that only look at paper and never talk to the providers and makes decisions based on their voluminous documentation requests.  Over 800,000 claims amounting to $2 billion dollars are in appeal due to illegal interpretations being made by the State and Federal regulatory agencies.

The States are becoming the regulatory Gestapo by turning Medicaid over to insurance exchanges that compete with the private long term care market using taxpayer money to put private insurance out of business. Medicare is being turned into an insurance company HMO that denies services and ignores the appeal requirements for frivolous denials.

WILL TRUMP CARE WORK?

(Following are the comments I sent to the President-elect)

1. The need for Americans to take responsibility for their own health by saving for it and paying for it.
2. Pay the providers of care on output not input (wellness not diagnosis) and hold them accountable to the cost of the treatment to get to a cure not just a soothing pill or a negative test.
3. Health care funding and payment has to be done in the private sector if everyone is to be treated equally. It then is Enterprise Care not Obama Care or Trump Care or Ryan Care who don’t really care for those who need to be responsible for their own health.       Externalize it and no one cares, internalize it and everyone cares.

Oh well, it’s destined to be an academic solution with no Enterprise principles because Americans feel health care benefits are a right rather than a privilege and still don’t generally feel accountable for their bad habits and conditions.  Silence is beyond words

Nature is beyond words

Happiness is beyond words

Health and friendship are beyond words

Love is beyond words

Talking is for affect

Expressions are for hearing

Impressions are for thinking

Gestures are for showing

Smiling is beyond words

To convey what it means to be free

For those senses that defy description

And answering why

 

But those words soon die

With an anthology created in sight

But beyond the boundaries of words

Into the soul of mankind

Look and ye shall find

The meaning beyond words

It’s called faith

It’s called love

It’s called hate

It’s called peace

It’s called happiness

 

All beyond enunciation

Of what you feel

And what you believe

Until you speak

Then the meaning is weak

Listening to the body language

Gives a better meaning

Than what you’re not hearing

 

For the unspoken words are appearing

And one can’t hide their mind’s eye

Their response to what if and why

It’s beyond words

For impressions are for afterwards

 As the health of a nation

Is beyond absolution

When words are the solution

And money is the concession

Just as Heaven and God

When encountered

And incurred

Are beyond a single word
